Makarsankranti Gujarat government guideline Declared

Short title, coverage and commencement (1) This Act shall be called the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2.  (2) It shall apply to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir.  (2) It shall come into force from the date on which the Central Government issues a notification in the Government Gazette.




 DEFINITIONS IN THIS ACTION, EXPRESS ON THE RESPONSIBILITY, RESPONSIBILITY REFERENCE - (a) Eligible Government 'means - (1) in the case of a school established, owned or controlled by the Central Government, or in relation to an administrator of a Union Territory not having a Legislature;  (2) In the case of a school other than the school mentioned in sub-section (1) established in the following region - (a) State, State Government (b) Union Territory having Legislative Assembly, Government of that Union Territory (b) "Per capita fee" means any kind of  In respect of donations or contributions or payments other than the fees notified by the school or the administration of the Union Territory which has no legislature, the Central Government;  



 Right to Free and Compulsory Education for Children Act 2009 (c) "Child" means sixteen or fourteen girls or girls;  (1) 'Child of a disadvantaged group' means a Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Socially and Educationally Backward Class or other such person who has been deprived due to social, cultural, economic, geographical, linguistic, caste or other such factors as may be specified by the appropriate government. 




 Children of the group, (f) the child of the weaker class i.e. the child of the parent or guardian whose annual income is less than the minimum limit specified by the notification issued by the appropriate government;  (G) Primary education 'means education from first standard to eighth standard, (' guardian 'in relation to a child means the person who takes care and custody of the child, including a natural guardian or a person appointed or declared by the court and law; (9) "local  Authorization 'means a corporation or town council or district council or town panchayat or panchayat, whatever so-called authority, and any other authority or body having administrative control over the school or any local body in any city, town or village.  




(I) the National Commission for the Protection of the Rights of the Child "means the National Commission for the Protection of the Rights of the Child constituted under Section-4 of the Commission for the Protection of the Rights of the Child Act, 206 (4th of 208);  (6) "Declaration means a declaration published in the Government Gazette; (d)" Parents "means the natural or orthodox or adoptive father or mother of the child; (8) prescribed" means prescribed by the rules made under this Act.  Rail;  (P) "Schedule" means the Schedule attached to this Act;



(Th) “School means any recognized school providing primary education, including the following: (1) a school established, owned or controlled by the appropriate government or local authority;  (2) A subsidized school is a school that receives assistance or grants from the appropriate government or local authority to meet its full or partial expenses;  (2) a school of a specified class;  And (2) non-aided schools which do not receive any assistance or grant from the government or local authorities to meet their own expenses;  (D) ‘Investigation procedure’ means a method of giving preference to one child over another for admission other than the arbitrary method;  (D) a specified class in relation to a school i.e. a Kendriya Vidyalaya, a school known as Navodaya Vidyalaya or a school having another special feature specified by the appropriate government notification;

State Commission for the Protection of the Rights of the Child ”means the State Commission for the Protection of the Rights of the Child constituted under Section-3 of the Commission for the Protection of the Rights of the Children Act-2005 (Fourth of 2009).
