Workers

training on education outcomes, school based assessment,
learner-centered pedagogy, new initiatives in education, addressing the
different needs of children through multiple lectures, etc. By forming
National Resource Groups (NRGs) and State Resource Groups (SRGs) at the
national and state levels which will then train 42 lakh teachers. A
strong portal / management information system (MIS) will also be used in

Nistha
Teacher Training Program 2020 - Nisha is a national initiative for the
holistic progress of school presidents and teachers. The HRD minister
launched a training program for ‘dedicated’ teachers. Nisht is a
capacity building program to improve the quality of school education
through integrated teacher training. It also aims to build skills
between all teachers and school principals at an early stage.
To
equip all early stage teachers to take into account the different needs
of children through learning outcomes, school-based assessment,
learner-centered pedagogy, new learning initiatives and multiple
pedagogies.
To monitor teachers
and provide extended assistance using a number of modes ranging from the
point of view of improving student learning outcomes.
To
guide state workers and school principals on education outcomes,
national achievement survey, learner-centered teaching and new
initiatives in school education so that they can monitor schools and
support schools for the implementation of new initiatives.

persons.
